To my Courageous HumanKind, Good and EvilOne
great trick to living free is understanding that Good and Evil are the same
thing. Both are only labels given to random things or actions that actually
have no bearing on Good or Evil. These things or actions are not Good or
Evil. Evil is a label given through the bias of fear to something that a
person is afraid of. Notice that the "Evil" thing will always have the
potential to harm the person inflicting the object with the bias label. All
that is "Good" is also a fear based label. This is deeply important to
understand. A thing or an action is given the illusion of "Good" when it is
beneficial to a person, when it does not have the ability to harm. All that
is "Good" is beneficial to the human. It is fear based because it is seen
through a bias of not being harmful. Both are illusions manifested through
fear.
If a freedom searcher sees Good and Evil, the searcher is not free. The
person has made no grand progress. The person sees life through lies,
through a veil of fear. It is fully possible to deduce what is a threat to
your physical body and what is an advantage to your physical body, this is
the technique of rational. But is a trap, a disease, and a hindrance to true
freedom to love or to hate the illusions of what you think are "Good" or
"Evil." To see through such fear is a warper of rational, of wisdom, and
freedom. If there is Good and Evil in your life you are trapped by fear. You
have not gone into the depths of yourself with honesty to free yourself. The
free person has moved beyond Good and Evil. The free person is not so afraid
as to give such shallow labels to anything, but maybe as an amusing tool.
Here is an example of the illusion: A man sets forth to battle a tyrant
regime that has sentenced his daughter to death. This man strides forth to
save his daughter without concern of what may happen to him. Is this Good?
No. He is a criminal that is challenging the law with force and violence. He
challenges the social fabric. Without order there is no freedom. His
daughter committed a crime according to the law. She deserves to die. Or so
the government would say. So is the government "Good?" No. Are they both
"Evil?" No. Both would call the other Evil. Both would call themselves Good.
But both names, given from both sides, are fear based illusions. And be sure
that it is not wrong to do either action. If either action were "wrong" that
would be the same sort of biased label given by "Good" or "Evil." Both
actions are committed as mere actions. Pure actions. The label is given
through lies. Both sides have rationalized the actions committed. They have
lied to themselves with the illusions of "Good" and "Evil" to feel
comfortable and justified in the action. But both sides are fear based and
are not free. If the man went to save his daughter without the illusion of
"Good" and "Evil" he may well be free and he may well be playing the game of
life (the dance of the egos), but it is rare, and in this imagined case, it
is not true.
Here is another example: A man walks through a park. He greets everyone
he walks by with a "hello" and a smile. He helps a young boy retrieve his
boat from a pond. He offers a homeless man twenty dollars for a room and
food for the night. And the Evil man killed thousands and thousands of lives
on that walk. He stepped on thousands and thousands of organisms, ants,
roaches, doodle bugs. He is a mass murderer. But do all these dead and the
relatives of the dead call this killer "Evil?" No. Is he "Evil?" No, of
course not. And if a giant strolled through its own park and crushed
thousands and thousands of people would the giant be "Evil." No. Of course
not. Though many cowards would call the innocent giant such.
This is a world of death. All that lives...dies. There is no illusion
about that. If it breathed, it will one day not breath. This must be
accepted to be free. You must accept that you are a killer of things. If you
exist here on this planet you are a killer. From walking and crushing
organisms, to breathing and inhaling microbes that cannot be oxygenated in
your nose, to taking medicine to murder a virus, to cutting off the head of
an earthly enemy, you are a killer. The fear of death and of harm must be
understood and overcome. The only way that I have found to do this is to
find the fear in yourself through the honest search in meditation. And then
to engulf yourself in pain, so that you can feel it, and know its fleeting
irrelevancy. And the best way, if at all possible, if you have the courage,
is to come as close to death as possible without dying and feel the
irrelevancy of all that truly does not matter, as it slides away from your
existence. However, if the gift does not present itself by near death, it
can be reached in meditation. But it must be honest and brutal and you must
not get trapped but what feels good to you. You must also not be trapped by
what feels painful to you. You must push through all that you cling to. Even
before you move fully beyond Good and Evil you must be pushing yourself
through fears and pleasures knowing that Good and Evil do not matter, and
that they are lies.
If true freedom and true strength is what you will become, you must move
beyond Good and Evil. You must. And then, and only then, can you dance
through life without the suffocating illusions brought forth by fear. You
will be wise. You will be free.
